May 10-15, 2026 in Ireland

Join us for a five-night immersive castle retreat in breathtaking Ireland, where you can rest, restore, and let regulation return. This is your space to release survival patterns, reconnect with your nervous system, and rediscover the vision and clarity that have been buried beneath chronic stress.

Through guided experiential practices and facilitated sessions, you will explore how chronic stress has shaped your capacity for presence and connection, and discover how regulation and energetic coherence restore flow and aligned vision. Whether you seek to understand survival patterns, reconnect with your deeper purpose, or access the clarity that makes intentional action natural, this retreat offers the integration of nervous system work and energetic alignment you need.

Days flow between guided sessions integrating mind-body science with vision work and energetic practices, and unstructured time to rest, explore, and let insights unfold. Evenings bring nourishing meals, meaningful conversation, and experiences that invite you to savor both the richness of Ireland and your own transformation.

All within the walls of an enchanting castle, where history and nature holds space for our transformative work together. And beyond those walls lies the emerald Irish countryside.

Return from this magical retreat energized, clear, and aligned with your vision, ready to move forward with intentional action and impact.

When chronic stress becomes your baseline, presence and connection start to fade away. We created this retreat because we understand what it takes to move from survival mode to flow, and we're here to journey with you through that shift.

A bit about us.

Petra Brunnbauer is a Mind-Body Coach and mentor, who turned her own burnout into a framework for understanding and recovering from chronic stress. And Carolyn is a Transformational Guide and speaker helping people discover that shifting energy, not just mindset, moves them from burnout to clarity and flow.

The Castle is ready. Will you be there?
